Apartment 29 at Due Fiumare is located on the ground floor of the house, within a 45-are plot at the great crossroads connecting two valleys and two rivers — the Zappulla stream and the Fitalia stream.
It is in this secluded yet strategically located spot — close to the beautiful sea of Capo d'Orlando — that Casa Due Fiumare sits, nestled in the lowlands.
The apartment, accommodating up to 3 guests, was created from the former storage area of the house.
Layout:
- Living room with kitchen, table, sofa bed (single) and TV; window and balcony overlooking the garden
- Hallway with chest of drawers and coat rack, leading to the bathroom with shower (antique tiles)
- Double bedroom with wardrobe, mirror, chest and external balcony
A swimming pool at the rear of the house, with three zones at different depths (children's area, jacuzzi, swimming lane) and a diving board, allows for moments of absolute relaxation.

Guests have access to the pool, shared garden areas and free private parking, but may not access the other apartments at Casa Due Fiumare.
