Due Fiumare East Apartment

The East apartment is located on the ground floor of Casa Due Fiumare, within a 45-are plot, 500 m from the great crossroads connecting two valleys and two rivers — the Zappulla stream and the Fitalia stream — from which the locality takes its name.

The annexe has two entrances: the main one leads to the living area, while the second gives direct access to one of the two bedrooms.

The annexe enjoys a beautiful view over the citrus gardens and the lush green hills framing the house — a natural backdrop for stunning sunsets.

The property boasts a private swimming pool, open during the summer season, at the rear of the house.
The well-maintained garden features exotic plants: carob tree, kapok, avocado, papyrus, aloe, giant thujas, magnolia ficus, jacaranda, red acacias, bougainvillea, bird-of-paradise flowers, oleanders, aromatic herbs, and olive and fruit trees on the terraces above.

Guests have exclusive access to their own independent apartment with a private entrance.
